Shipping Costs
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all discounted products.

Processing and Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 0-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is verified.
  • Delivery typically takes 2-6 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, including a link to monitor the delivery status.

  • Deliveries are made between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday. A signature may be required.
  • You will receive a text notification on the delivery day (if you’ve provided a mobile number).

If you’re unavailable during delivery:

  • The courier may leave the parcel with a neighbor or in a safe place.
  • If this is not possible, the parcel will be returned to a local depot, and a card will be left with instructions to reschedule the delivery.

Missing Order Confirmation Email
If you haven’t received a confirmation email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • If it’s still missing after 1-2 days, contact us at  abdullah03ad@yahoo.com for assistance.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Before Checkout: You can modify your order in the shopping cart.
  • After Checkout: Contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to make changes before the order is shipped.
  • Cancellations: Orders canceled after 48 hours may incur additional fees. If the order has already been shipped, you’ll be responsible for return costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Delayed Orders
If your delivery is late (past 9 PM on the expected date), it may be due to unforeseen circumstances. Most delays are resolved with delivery the next day. If the delay persists, please contact us with your order number for assistance.
